Return Policy

In the event that any tree, shrub or evergreen fails to survive the first year from the date of installation, or the date on which it was purchased for self installation, it will be replaced once at no charge, if your sales slipped and dead plant are returned.  If a replacement plant is not available, we reserve the option to give you a store credit or a replacement plant, of the same value, of your choice.

We reserve the right to question the conditions in which the plants have grown and can refuse replacement if there is evidence of damage by neglect, drought, lack or excess moisture, Frost, fire, flood, tornado or other severe weather conditions, vandalism, theft, animals, accident, use of round up, 2-4-D or any other chemical weed killer, failure to spray for insects and plant diseases or failure to plant and care for plants according to our specifications or any factor beyond Wilson's control.

Items not covered by our guarantee are solid, strawberries, bulbs, roses, bedding plants, perennials, hanging baskets, grasses, minds, tropical host plants, seeds, labor and material used in planting and delivery charges.  You'll not be responsible for losses because of winter injury.  Do not return plans for replacement for June 1 if purchased in the spring or before June 15 if purchased in the fall.  Please note: call first for inspection of plant material by one of our staff to validate guarantee.

Please keep your receipt.  It is your record of the date of purchase for your trees guarantee.

Sale and discounted plants will not be covered under this warranty.

Guarantee replacements are given one time only.  Replacement plants are not guaranteed.
